Description:

Work with Sales Team and Management to prepare proposals on specifications provided; Determine products and services to meet client needs; Pricing implementation, generating competitive analyses and strengthening overall margin and lead day-to-day operations as it relates to proposal creation; Providing effective customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of proposals; Communicate with all departments involved in completing proposals; To provide a central point of contact to engage with supporting departments/suppliers as needed; Research products for solution requests as needed by working with distributors and vendors; Present proposals for review to Tech/Sales Manager; Generate and process Sales order/tickets/project in ERP System for approved proposals; Create, review and approve products that are added into the ERP system; Coordinate with purchasing for client proposals to be ordered and processed; Register deals and vendors/manufactures to increase profit and provide competitive proposals; Manage vendor relationships - renewals, reviewing memberships, completing training, establishing rebates and deal registration; Prices manufacturing rebates and ensuring they are received and processed; Improve level of partnership with manufacturers like Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Dell, etc...; Review current process to identify work flow issues; Perform other related task as required.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills.
