Description:

Design and prepare various pastries, desserts, and baked goods, including tortes, pies, cheesecakes, and other treats; Innovate and develop both classic and contemporary dessert recipes; Ensure the highest quality in taste, texture, and presentation; Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance our dessert offerings; Maintain a clean and organized workspace following health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker, ideally in a professional kitchen; Strong knowledge of various baking techniques and creative approaches to desserts; Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail; A genuine passion for baking and experimenting with new dessert trends; Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
