Description:
Effectively supports the materials team with material handling and quality inspection of components. Assist with Shipping and Receiving duties; Operate fork truck; Read and understand packing lists; Operate a scanner; Read and understand a BOL; Locate and distribute parts properly; Follow FIFO; Load and unload trailers; Provide material to production line; Inspect components as needed; Other duties as instructed.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; 1-2 years of experience operating a fork truck. Walk, stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear; Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
