Description:

A handyman who can paint, help lay vinyl flooring, annual air conditioning cleaning (pull out, clean, wash and put back). Lifting up to 45 lbs. Good dexterity, general knowledge of electrical panel;
Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the property;
Develops and implements the maintenance activities to cover all tasks to be completed on a regular basis, plans for emergency situations;
Practices regular preventative maintenance and upgrades as necessary all technical services & components of the building including electrical systems, mechanical systems, energy management systems, fire alarm/safety systems, grounds, parking, renovation, etc.
Maintains the department budget, in keeping with the hotel business plan;
Ensures compliance with hotel’s Occupational Health & Safety procedures;
Supports the service personnel in any way possible to enhance guest services;
Conducts fire alarm training weekly and drills monthly;
Some maintenance duties inside/outside of the building in keeping the hotel’s appearance at its best;
Duties associated with Maintenance position including but not limited to the above.
