Description:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This role oversees a small team, ensuring receivables and payables are clean, accurate, and up to date while maintaining excellent financial controls and driving process efficiency.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-year College Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. (Canadian Food and Beverage experience preferred but not required); Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and electronic document management systems. (SAGE X3 preferred but not required); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder management; Knowledge of AP/AR best practices, financial controls, and credit management.
