Shift Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. Train and reinforce food safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment; Manage food and labor costs; Follow company policies and operating systems; Provide team member training; Anticipate issues and take corrective actions during shift; Reports to the Assistant and General Managers
