Our on-site food bank, Unifor Local 200 People’s Choice Pantry, supplies your family with 3 days of healthy food.
Energy Assistance
Do you find yourself turning the heat down because you can’t afford to pay your bill?
UHC can help you with up to $500 per year.
Coats for Kids
Each year, before the snow begins to fall, our community rallies together to ensure children and youth are warm through the winter.

Let one of our counsellors set you up a private voicemail so you can stay connected and secure your new job.
Meals on Wheels
Our Meals on Wheels program, which includes many co-op students, puts out approximately 900 meals a week.
