Description:

Knowledge of General building maintenance; Day-to-day operation of the buildings; Knowledge of building fire and security system; Completing monthly testing of fire and safety equipment; Replacing lamps and ballasts as needed in tenant / common area; Preform minor routine maintenance such as painting and parking lot repairs; Daily clean ups of parking lots and around buildings; Responsible for maintenance of vacant units, mechanical rooms, and Utility rooms; Trouble shooting building system / Pay & Display parking machines; Job consists of physical demands standing, bending, handle material manually and repetitive motion and walking; Completing daily building log books and log entries; Deal with tenant concerns in a professional manner in keeping with Landlord's policies and procedures; Work environment indoor, outside exposed to weather, various temperatures, sound and noise; Summer Maintenance - grass cutting, trimming etc.; Winter Maintenance - salting and clearing snow around the building entrances and sidewalks;
