Cook Pre-Apprenticeship Program

Program eligibility:
16 years or older, grade 12 diploma with a Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance.

You will spend 6 weeks focusing on industrial kitchen terminology, health and safety and practical skills training followed by an 8-week paid work placement within the industry to give you the experience you need.

Offered 3 times a year.
